Principium offers a personalized in-depth review of your business for the purposes of helping you consider the sale of your business. We call this service The Green Business Assessment.

The Green Business Assessment includes the following steps:

• A telephone consultation discussing your objectives and an overview of your business.
• A questionaire and worksheet for you, as the business owner, to prepare and submit to us, toether with information to gather and/or consider prior to our visit.
• A one-day, on-site visit to you at your place of business to review the information you have gathered and have additional discussion about the specifics of your business.
• Follow-up research by Principium professionals.
• A written report with our assessment of the marketability of yur business and specific recommendations for increasing its value.

The fee for the Green Business Assessment is $1,500 plus travel costs.   This includes the telephone consultation, a pre-visit questionnaire, a full-day visit by a Principium professional, research and the written follow-up report.

There is no further obligation. However, in the event you subsequently engage Principium to assist you in the sale of your business, the full fees paid for the Green Business Assessment will offset a portion of commissions otherwise payable to Principium when your business sells.
