The Green Business Snapshot (Fee- $300)
When you schedule a Green Business Snapshot, we will send you a questionnaire and worksheet to accumulate information about your business. Principium professionals will review the information you provide to a two-hour telephone consultation (which can be broken into more than one call). After the call, Principium will provide you a confidential written report of our observations and recommendations for improving the value and marketability of your business.
The Green Business Assessment - In-depth Consultation on Positioning Your Business for Sale (Fee - $1,500 plus travel costs)
The Green Business Assessment builds on the Green Business Snapshot and adds a one-day visit to your business for a face-to-face discussion and fact-finding session. The Green Business Assessment offers a personalized in-depth review of your business for the purposes of helping you consider the sale of your business.
The Green Business Assessment includes the following steps:
- A telephone consultation discussing your objectives and an overview of yur business.
- A questionaire and worksheet for you, as the business owner, to preparee and submit to us, toether with information to gather and/or consider prior to our visit.
- A one-day, on-site visit to you at your place of business to review the information you have gathered and have additional discussion about the spaecifics of your business.
- Follow-up research by Principium professionals.
- A written report with our assessment of the marketability of yur business and specific recommendations for increasing its value.
The fee for the Green BusinessAssessment is $1,500 plus travel costs. This includes the telephone consultation, a pre-visit questionnaire, a full-day visit by a Principium professional, research and the written follow-up report.
There is no further obligation. However, in the event you subsequently engage Principium to assist you in the sale of your business,the full fees paid for the Green Business Assessment will offset a portion of commissions otherwise payable to Principium when your business sells.

The One Hour Consult and The Green Business Assessment are scheduled online and must be prepaid using PayPal or a credit cardTo schedule a Green Business Assessment, please complete the online inquiry form. We will contact you to finalize plans. Travel costs will be quoted on a fixed-fee basis. 50% of the Green Business Assessment fee is due one week prior to the visit and the balance is due upon presentation of the written report.
