Ronald L. Edmonds
CPA (Inactive-Oklahoma), MS (Accounting)
Ron Edmonds serves as a principal consultant for The Principium Group, Inc. He is a corporate finance professional with extensive experience in merger and acquisition transactions. Over the past 15 years, he has played a key role in over 300 M&A transactions, including due diligence, negotiating, directing other professionals and planning the integration of operations. His experience includes 8 years as a chief financial officer and 13 years in public accounting with a Big 4 firm. Ron has significant experience with the health care, consumer services, financial institutions, manufacturing, distribution and entertainment industries.
He is a certified public accountant and is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, the International Business Brokers Association and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He holds B.S.B.A. and M.S. degrees in accounting from Oklahoma State University.
He is a long-time member of the executive board and former vice president of the Chickasaw Council, Boy Scouts of America. He is also finance committee member and former director of The Bodine School, a specialty school focused on high potential students with language-based learning disabilities. He is active in the Episcopal Church.
Richard Helling BA
Richard Helling is an associate in Principium's mergers, and acquisitions practice. He has a background in the construction, real estate and hospitality industries. He is responsible for research and coordinating contacts with clients and potential clients.
In addition to his business activities, he is the author of two novels. He holds a B.A. degree in English Literature from Colorado State University where he was a member of the varsity track & field team.

Christopher Martin BS
Chris Martin is an acquisition advisor with The Principium Group based in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Principium, he was associated with another merger & acquisition firm. He also previously founded and developed a lawn care fertilization and weed control company which he later sold to a national lawn care company.
Chris is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles with a B.S. in Applied Mathematics and a specialization on computing.
Chris volunteers his time to a student group at a local college. The group's purpose is to provide a platform to its members for networking and mentoring on business, innovation, technology and entrepreneurship.
